Whether the aesthetic wasn't quite right or you need a different size, our process is designed to be as seamless as your new storage system.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home organizational items you wish to return or exchange.
Package with Care
Place the items back into their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they remain scratch-free and undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
